At Vaanika Casting, we follow a meticulous casting process to transform raw metals into durable, high-precision components. Our approach covers every stage—from selecting the ideal stainless steel or cast iron grade, preparing accurate molds, controlled melting and pouring, to careful cooling, finishing, and rigorous quality inspections. Each step is engineered to ensure dimensional accuracy, superior strength, and reliable performance, delivering castings that meet the highest industry standards and are ready for seamless integration into your projects.

Material Selection

Choosing the right grade of Stainless Steel (316, 304, 201, 410) or Cast Iron based on strength, corrosion resistance, and application requirements.

Pattern & Mold Preparation

Melting & Pouring
